Jing Ma, M.D. Associate Professor of Medicine at Harvard Medical School & Brigham & Women's Hospital was also given Visiting Professor honors.

Dr. Rochman said, "Dr. Xu, I thank you for this and hope that I can fulfill the expectations you have for me at your great institution, if I can teach anywhere near as much as I have learned from you and your staff, I will be very pleased indeed."

Dr. Rochman and other delegates from major Boston hospitals and Harvard Medical School were in Shanghai to participate in celebrating Huashan Hospital's Centenary Anniversary, a week long event that included lectures, banquets, grand opening ceremonies to new clinics, and an evening party, Bravo Huashan, held at Shanghai's Grand Theatre on May 18. The party included performances by the staff of Huashan Hospital, Jianhao Wu, Zhong Xu, Huai Guan, Dan Zhu, My Hero's, Zuer Rong, Yining Song, Wei Wei, and Huashan's President Jianguang Xu who played his Two-stringed fiddle. A celebration honoring Professor Yuqian Shi's birthday was also part of the evening's events.
"Bravo Huashan" concludes at the Grand Theatre in Shanghai Events on Saturday included the Huashan International Summit on Medical Practice, a series of lectures given by several leaders in healthcare including Massachusetts General Hospital President, Peter Slavin, M.D., Mary Archer, Ph.D., Former CEO of Boston Massachusetts Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Mitchell T. Rabkin, M.D., Guy Rochman, M.D. and several more speakers filled the event.
